What we did

The hydrotherapy change rooms are not fit for purpose as the East Bentleigh site.


A large project was undertaken to refurbish the change rooms to ensure they are safe, inclusive and welcoming for all stakeholders.

We would like access to a community garden.


We are in the process of creating a community garden on site at East Bentleigh and look forward to sharing progress with the community.

We are not hearing enough about what BHN will look like and offer.


We acknowledge that communication to consumers and the broader community could be more detailed and more frequent. We are working very hard on ensuring that we have resources and systems in place to better keep in touch with everyone.
